Signed today August 27, 2020 was the Project Agreement between TESDA Regional Training Center No. 1 and Evenly Ten Web Solutions for the establishment of web services for the Regional Training Center. Present were Mr. Artemio S. Pulido – Center Administrator, Mr. Elvin E. Casem – Evenly Ten Representative and Ms. Evelyn Cacho-Ramos – Senior TESD Specialist and Finance Analyst.
